What we do with what you send us.

This covers the ShipSure Agency website at agency.shipsure.space. It does not cover the ShipSure software product, which has its own policy at shipsure.space/privacy, and it does not cover systems we build for clients — those are governed by the contract for that project.

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, company, and whatever you choose to write about your business, the problem you are trying to solve, the software you currently use, and the scale and timeline you select. Nothing else on this site collects anything about you.

The form asks for no more than we need to give you a useful first reply. Four fields are required; the rest are marked optional and can be left empty.

To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to discuss and quote for the work. That is the only purpose. The lawful basis is legitimate interest — responding to somebody who has deliberately contacted a business asking it to get in touch.

We do not add you to a mailing list, put you into an automated sequence, sell or share your details, or use them to advertise to you elsewhere.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to twelve months and then deleted — long enough to remember a conversation if you come back, and no longer. Where an enquiry becomes a client relationship, the records are kept for as long as that relationship and the legal retention periods that follow it require.

The website runs on Cloudflare, which processes the request in order to serve the page. Enquiries are delivered to the business systems we use to manage correspondence — an email provider, and a customer-record system. Those suppliers process the information on our instructions and for no other purpose.

The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers to fetch them. That request includes your IP address, as any request for a file does. No other third party is contacted by this site.

This site sets no cookies of its own and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. Your theme preference — light or dark — is stored in your browser’s local storage on your device, is never sent anywhere, and is removed when you clear your browser data.

We use privacy-preserving traffic measurement provided by our hosting platform, which reports aggregate page views and referrers. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not identify individual visitors.

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@shipsure.space and we will action it within one month, usually the same week.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

The site is served over HTTPS only. Enquiries are transmitted encrypted and are not stored in this website — they are passed straight to the systems described above. We do not log the contents of your enquiry in our infrastructure logs.

ShipSure Agency is a trading name of Keith Michael Hunidzarira, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. It is not a limited company, so there is no company registration number to publish. If that changes, this section will say so.

Keith Michael Hunidzarira is the data controller for the information described above. For anything relating to this policy — including a request to see, correct or delete what we hold about you — contact sales@shipsure.space.

If this policy changes in a way that affects information already given to us, we will say so here and date the change. This version is the first.
